The gateway to relaxation resides in your feet, and reflexology clears the pathway to a balanced, attuned YOU.                             

 

Reflexology is an integrative therapy based on the principle that all systems of the body are reflected on the feet, hands and ears. Stimulating specific reflex points via thumb, finger and hand techniques, elicits a relaxation response creating a physiological change in one’s body allowing it to return to a state of homeostasis. From this point of balance the body can then function more optimally. By working in concert with the body’s natural rhythms, reflexology revitalizes and harmonizes the functions of the body, enhances one’s internal GPS, and improves overall well being.

 

Reflexology approaches the individual wholistically and works on the constitutional rather than the symptomatic level.  In doing so, the reflexologist encourages and supports the individual’s self-healing potential.

 

Reflexology can be of benefit to everyone no matter your age or state of health.

 

My clients find reflexology has helped them address various issues such as:

 

  • Plantar fasciitis

  • Stress

  • Emotional issues (depression, anxiety, etc.)

  • Pain management

  • Autoimmune conditions

  • Digestive problems

 

Because reflexology has a cumulative effect, clients find regular sessions (weekly, monthly or bi-monthly) assist them in improving and maintaining their well-being.
